    The English breakfast was good hot, the staff was fabulously helpful and extremely helpful. My brand-new room was beautifully maintained and beds were comfortable;))

    Even though everything was really good, some of the staff were exceptionally busy.

    New-fashioned room with a view, very welcoming employees from check-in to check-out. Great and lovely location close to Princess Theatre. Walking distance to a shopping area and a market across the street.

    The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. very modern en suite. The bar attached to the hotel was very convenient as we only stayed one night. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. We would definitely recommend it.

    the breakfast waiter was excellent as were the veiws from the conservatory where breakfast is served,the room was clean.

    matress was well overdue for a change,use of the pool and facilities when working, were at an extra cost. the 2 star rating is fair.

    The Heritage Hotel is amazing location near the seafront with fine views. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area perfect. The staff were friendly.

    Friendly & helpful staff, lovely spacious room which was clean & well equipped as well as very comfortable. Great views from the room & the terrace, easy parking. We often go to the theatre & nights out in Torquay, only live just outside Exeter but with good & very reasonable accomodation like this it's nice to make a decent break. First time at the Heritage whilst seeing Rocky Horror & hope to use the hotel again.

    Nothing to dislike & will definately stay again.

    I received such a lovely warm welcome as I arrived, and my room was huge and comfy with a large ensuite. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and a sun terrace for relaxing after a busy day. The only downside was having to haul my suitcase up the stairs since there’s no lift, but it was totally worth it! 😊
